Welcome to your customer account with Åland Post Stamps! Login via the web shop to check your delivery address, standing orders, recent deliveries, and balance of account.
If you have not yet used the webshop:
For online access to your account details, you must first activate your customer account. Keep your customer number and the invoice number of one of your latest deliveries at hand.
- Go to https://webshop.alandpost.com/en/ and click on Register in the menu at the top of the page.
- Choose the box Existing customer. Fill in your account number and the invoice number. Click on Search. Your account number and address details should now appear.
- Enter your e-mail address and choose a password. Click on the Register button to complete the activation process.
- You now choose Login in the menu at the top of the page. Log into your account with your e-mail address and password.
If you have placed orders in the webshop previously:
- Go to https://webshop.alandpost.com/en/
- Choose Login in the menu at the top of the page.
- Log in with your e-mail address and password.
What can I do when I am logged in?
- Under My details, you can check your customer details (delivery address), open orders (webshop orders not yet delivered), the latest account transactions (deliveries and account balance) and subscription orders. This is also where you can change your e-mail address.
- Do you wish to check the contents of a specific delivery? You find your five most recent deliveries under latest account transactions. Click on an invoice number to view a copy of the invoice.
- Have you changed your address? Click on Customer details and fill in your new delivery address. Remember to save the new details. For changes to your standing order subscription, please contact customer service.
