Your customer account details

Welcome to your customer account with Åland Post Stamps! At long last, you customer account and your web shop account with Åland Post Stamps have now been integrated into one account and you now reach all your account details via the web shop.

You, who have already set up a web shop account to place orders in the web shop, please go to “Log in” on the menu at the top of the page and log in as usual, using your e-mail address and password. You will find your address and information about your casual orders and standing order subscription as well as your current balance under the tab “My details”.

If this is your first visit to the web shop, you must first activate your customer account to access your account details:

  1. In the web shop, your first click “Register” in the menu at top of the page.
  2. Choose the box “Existing customer” and fill in your account number and the invoice number from one of your latest deliveries. Click on “Search”.  Your account number and your address details should now appear.
  3. State your e-mail address and choose a password. Complete the process by clicking the “Register” button.  Your customer account has now been activated. 
  4. When you next go to “Log in” on the menu at the top of the page, you log onto your customer account using your e-mail address and password.
